Yes. We stage, list, and manage your property on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, taking care of pricing, cleaning, and guest support.

Money & Payments

When will I get paid?
Your rent is paid on the same date every month, guaranteed — regardless of occupancy.

Are there any fees?
No. We cover management, advertising, and maintenance coordination. The figure we agree is the amount you’ll receive.

Who pays council tax and utilities?
In most cases, we take on council tax and utility bills during the lease term. This will be confirmed in your agreement.

Property Care

Will my property be looked after?
Yes. We carry out regular inspections, use vetted guests, and handle routine maintenance. Properties are returned in original condition at the end of the lease, allowing for fair wear and tear.

What happens if something gets damaged?
We cover minor issues and handle maintenance. For major damage, our contracts and insurance ensure you are protected.

Do you accept HMOs or multi-unit properties?
Yes. We work with HMOs and blocks, subject to licensing and compliance checks.

Contracts & Legal

What is the minimum contract length?
Typically 3 years, with options to extend up to 5 years.

Who holds responsibility for compliance?
We ensure all legal checks are completed: Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, smoke alarms, etc. You remain the property owner, but we handle arranging and maintaining compliance.

Do you charge setup costs?
No. There are no upfront or hidden fees.
